A useful handoff contains a causal chain
Record the UTC window, exact route, public/private status and timing, log phase, selected upstream attempt and the one resulting change. This documented investigation was reviewed against primary Nginx references on 28 October 2026; no production incident or multi-OS service test is claimed. Continue with application profiling when the connection is healthy but header time remains high.
