WIUNIX / REFUND
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund information for paid Wiunix Platform subscription transactions.
Last updated: 18 August 2026
14-calendar-day refund window
Every paid Wiunix Platform subscription transaction is eligible for a full refund when the request is made within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. No reason is required. This policy applies to initial purchases and renewal transactions processed by Paddle.
There are no usage, technical-fault or service-consumption exceptions to this 14-calendar-day window. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
Illustrative document materials; no personal record, customer transaction or executed agreement is shown.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the subscription-management link in the Paddle receipt or buyer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund, so submit a refund request within the 14-calendar-day window when a refund is wanted.
How to request a refund
Use the receipt or subscription-management link in Paddle's transaction email, visit Paddle Buyer Support, or submit a billing request through the Wiunix contact page. Include the order reference, account email and transaction date. Never send a full card number, password or verification code.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by Paddle. Bank or card-network processing time can vary after Paddle issues the refund.
