Terms for the public website and paid Wiunix Platform software subscriptions.

Operator and scope
Wiunix Platform and this website are operated by WIUNIX LTD, company number 17338992, registered at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. These terms apply to the public website and paid Wiunix Platform software subscriptions. Separately quoted consulting, implementation and managed services are outside the Platform subscription and are not sold through Paddle.
The software subscription
Wiunix Platform is hosted, multi-tenant operations software. The selected plan, price, currency, billing period, included limits, renewal terms and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Access requires an account and may be limited to the organization, members and usage allowances included in the selected plan.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for web subscription transactions. Paddle processes payment, applicable sales tax, invoices, renewal and buyer-facing payment support under the checkout terms shown before confirmation. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel through the subscription-management link in the Paddle receipt or buyer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds
Every paid Wiunix Platform subscription transaction has a 14-calendar-day full-refund window from the transaction date, with no reason required. See the Refund Policy. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform or website to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with availability, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, collect data unlawfully or attempt unauthorized access. Credentials must be protected and each organization is responsible for authorized activity performed through its accounts and integrations.
Service operation
Wiunix may update the software, correct defects and take reasonable measures to protect service integrity. Planned or emergency maintenance and third-party dependencies can affect availability. Any service-level commitment must be expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Wiunix Platform during the paid term. It does not transfer ownership of the software, branding, documentation or other protected material.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, WIUNIX LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
